Electronics and Electrical Product Category

Electronics and electrical products, including batteries and light bulbs, are managed by product stewardship agencies in accordance with their stewardship plans approved under the Recycling Regulation.

In December 2009, the Electronics and Electrical Product Category (Schedule 3) in the Recycling Regulation was amended. The table below generally outlines the phased compliance dates for producers of products within the e-waste category.
