Cooperation Agreement
The Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the Union of British Columbia Municipalities (UBCM), Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) and the Ministry of Environment (MOE) that sets out the roles and responsibilities of the three partners in implementing the Riparian Areas Regulation (RAR) was signed in July 2008.

MOE and DFO Joint Messages

governments on the use of Environmental Referral Committees (ERCs) in making RAR complaint decisions.
